How does the "Anderlift Hospital Patient Lift & Transport Sheet System" Work?
The Sheet is the key, it supports the patient, much like a sling. When lifted or transported, the patient is resting in a "semi-hammock" position created by a custom sheet and nestled into the Anderlift Hospital Patient Lift & Transport fame.
The sheet can be placed on a bed or gurney starting in the Emergency Room. The Ambulance team can place a supine patient on either surface. The sheet has straps that attach to buckles on the underside of the frame.

To lift and transport, the staff simply pulls the straps through the buckles and tighten, elevate, then transport the patient to various departments, e.g. Radiology, Surgery, Recovery, back to bed again - the patient remains on the sheet during the entire process. The Sheet molds to the patient's body creating an enclosed sense of security.
